Project of 7 Terraced Single-Family Homes in Eischen, Habscht Municipality. The municipal administration recently presented its new affordable housing construction project in Eischen as part of the "Wëllersak" PAP (Planning and Development Plan). Seven turnkey homes (excluding kitchens) are being built and sold by the municipality on land made available to buyers through a 99-year leasehold, thus eliminating the land cost for the future owner.
