The Housing Fund offers for sale on the open market an apartment with a surface area of 123.48 m², on the 3rd floor of a 2018 building, comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a 26.63 m² terrace, a cellar, and an indoor parking space. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be an individual; be a household with at least one dependent child (if a child is expected, a medical certificate of pregnancy must be provided); and not own property in Luxembourg or abroad, or commit to selling it within 9 months. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS: LONG-TERM LIABILITY: The land on which the building is
