We ran into Luxembourg's very own Stephan Plaza with the first apartment-hunting company in the Grand Duchy, "Property Hunter Luxembourg." Audrey and Marylin, two young entrepreneurs, set off on the adventure and wanted to provide clients with another dimension to their searches.

Their work is based on several points, such as monitoring the real estate market by looking at listing online, in newspapers or even by anticipating to nab properties that aren't even on the market yet. They provide their expert opinion for requests, and they can advise buyers on the criteria they have.

Note that a 6-month commitment will still be asked of clients if they want to benefit from these services to find the home of their dreams.

These services offer clients customized searches that are optimized and detailed, in order to satisfy the demand as quickly as possible.
