Beautifully located on one o the higher streets with a green valley right in front of the terrass, with beautiful view of the vineyards and with a stream 20 m away. Very quite and calm, ideal for barbecue, pool and outdoor dinners or just sit in the hammock and relax. The bird song in the spring is magnificent. A few minutes walk down into the town center with many restaurants, nice swimming pool, butterfly garden and several nice playgrounds for children.
House was bought 15 years ago and was completely renovated and redone. All electrical cabling, outlets, water pipes exchanged and upgraded. New windows, doors. New floors. All interior was repainted on two occasions since and is in very good state. Travertine stairway, largest room 40m2 with exotic red wood and exclusive bathroom with Villroy Bosch ceramics and shower.
