LOCATION
The “MANDARIN” residence is located in Bertrange, 2, rue des Celtes in the new “Im Pourpelt” housing estate. It will be located on a plot of land of ca. 10.88 ares.

Surroundings
Located to the west of the capital of the Grand Duchy, Bertrange benefits from a privileged location very close to all districts of Luxembourg city. There are several restaurants, a few stores, a bakery, a butcher, the municipal administration, the new “shared space” as well as the post office.

On the main facade is the pedestrian entrance and on the side facade is the access in the common garage. The residence has a basement, a ground floor and three floors.
