For further information, please contact our agent Karim LAYOUNI on 661 820 506.
What is a bare ownership sale?
The seller receives a capital sum while remaining at home.
The bare-ownership buyer buys a property at a reduced price, which he or she will automatically recover from the day of execution.
*** Investment in bare ownership ***
Become the owner of a property with no charges and no management, while benefiting from a substantial discount: ownership stripping.
Bare ownership is an investment mechanism that is still little-known to the general public, yet it is well-suited to a variety of real estate investment strategies. It allows you to capitalize without the constraints or even the management of the property for a certain period, while being protected from the vagaries of the market and changes in tax regulations.

Diekirch (Luxembourgish: Dikrech) is a Luxembourg town and the capital of the commune and canton of the same name.
Situated between the capital, Ösling (the Ardennes part of the Grand Duchy) and Luxembourg's Little Switzerland, on the left bank of the Sûre river, Diekirch is a popular tourist destination. Diekirch is best known for its old church and the brewery of the same name.
In principle, Diekirch is a district capital, but in recent years the responsibilities of the district commissioners have been transferred directly to the Ministry of the Interior.
Diekirch is the capital of a judicial district, with a courthouse and one of the country's 3 justices of the peace.
Diekirch has traditionally been a city of education, with a grammar school and several technical colleges.
Diekirch is also a garrison town: since 1967 and the abolition of compulsory military service, it even retains the last and only military barracks in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, on the Herrenberg heights.
The town boasts a large indoor municipal swimming pool. Its railway station is on the Diekirch-Ettelbruck line, providing access to the south and the capital, as well as to the north and Belgium.
The town is home to a local history museum, the National Museum of Military History in the former brewery buildings, and the National Conservatory of Historic Vehicles. The same building also houses the Diekirch Brewery Museum.
