The fully equipped guestroom (35m²), is set on the 2nd floor in a completely renovated townhouse (1880) with communal areas. The house is located near the city centre and 3 minutes’ walk near the tram stop Place de l’Etoile – Staereplaz, which serves the city centre and the Kirchberg plateau.

The guestroom consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Furthermore, there is a nice comfortable sofa in the flat.

They are rented out for one person and for short term with the possibility of renewal.

The tenant will have to pay the weekly cleaning service.

From January 2024 there will be a sauna on the garden floor, as well as a kitchen on the ground floor. The courtyard, and a meeting room can additionally be used/rented by the guests if required.

On the ground floor the spaces are used temporarily as exhibition spaces, pop-up shop, sometimes for small yoga classes. Guests are of course always welcome to attend these small events.

The rent is staggered according to the duration of the stay:
3-7 days : 180€/night + fixed charges on a prorata basis
8-14 days : 150€/night + fixed charges on a prorata basis
15-30 days : 120€/night + fixed charges on a prorata basis
1 month or more : 2750€/month + 250€ fixed charges
