All the apartments which have rooms available are equipped with every comfort and every charge is included in the rental price, so no hidden costs: internet connection, electricity, gas, water, trash charges etc.
Also included in the price is the cleaning of the apartment and the rooms itself twice per week.
Apartments are located in premium locations of the city, with fast bus connection to the city centre - Kirchberg and Cloche d’Or. In the proximity of the apartments you can find shopping centre, post office, atm.
Prices per room per month are starting from 750 euro up to 900 euro, depending on the size of the rooms.
We have a new vacant apartment from May 1st, with 4 available rooms.
We also have near Place de Paris two rooms available out of 3 in the same apartment for 750 Eur per room.
In Rue de Strasbourg (Gare) there is big room available for 850 eur In a 4 bedrooms apartment.
In Gasperich there is available a large room with terrace at 850 euro in a 5 bedrooms apartment.
Two rooms are available out of 5 in Strassen in a high-end maison: a large room for 900 Eur and a medium size room for 850 Eur.
We also have rooms in luxury house with private fridge, private intercom, gym inside the house etc starting from 1100 Eur up to 1300 for the double room with terrace.
