A warm sunny calm apartment on the top of Bollendorf with view of Luxembourg is looking for its new owner who will fall in love with it as I did.
When you will come home to this 89m2 apartment in multi family house you will probably meet your sole neighbor living upstairs. This place combines a life in apartment and house with its calmness and secludity.
After parking your car on one of two outside dedicated parking or in the own garage capable of housing XL SUV and motorbike you make your way to the ground floor located apartment with large terrace offering great view and all day long sunlight. Seeing sunset over the horizon on long summer evenings belongs to the highlights of the day.
Large living room with practical and fully equipped L shaped kitchen with stone countertop offers spacious feeling for peaceful evenings or gathering with friends.
Sunny bedroom helps getting up in the mornings, but if you're not a morning person, just keep the blinds shut.
Doesn't matter if you feel like shower or bath, there's both and spacious.
For kids or office there's a 2nd bedroom. Acoustically well performing doors and large entrance hall offers enough privacy for all inhabitants.
Storage room is located inside the apartment just by the entrance. It can also host a washing machine, but I preferred using the washroom below in the basement with dedicated water and electricity connection.
Being high above Bollendorf leaves any flood fears behind. Instead you can enjoy "grillplatz" and tennis courts 5 minute walk behind a corner. Having Luxembourg Little Switzerland beginning immediately on the other side of the village gives you great and numerous outing activities all year long.
This home is for families with cars. Echternach is 7 min drive, Luxembourg or Trier up to 40 min drive with minimum traffic in peak hours.
Bollendorf can offer all you need. School, doctor, store, couple of great restaurants, gas station, great hiking and one of the best kebab places I ever visited.
Bollendorf is renowned as holiday destination among Benelux and Germans. Why not to live where other people need to go to rest?
It is indeed with a heavy heart having to leave this place. I am moving out of the country for family reasons. That's why I'm looking for good people to take over and blend in with the amazing neighbor community here.
I'm arranging individual visits and open house sessions, just give me a call
