We are looking for someone to take over our apartment in Dudelange. It is a new apartment, built 2 years ago. I am moving due to a job change.

There are 3 rooms, 2 balconies(one in the master bedroom and the other in the kitchen and living room) with a total of 100m2 and a garage for the car.

You can access the apartment via a stair or a elevator that goes directly to the flat, the elevator is secure by a code and a door.

The apartment faces south, so there is always sun light, really good for enjoying the terrace.

It is possible to negotiate with the landlord to have animals.

The place is super bright and quiet, close to several supermarkets, schools and bus/train stops. Without traffic takes 17 minutes by car to Luxembourg. by train takes 35 minutes.
