Remich, the jewel of Luxembourgish tourism

The “pearl of the Moselle” lies in the south west of Luxembourg, at the crossing of three countries: Germany, France, and Luxembourg. Ideally located, the commune offers magnificent scenery to discover and many tourist activities.

A naturally attractive town

Ideally surrounded by vineyards, leafy forests, and following the Moselle, Remich is a town where the tourists and local can enjoy a pleasant panorama all year round.

The vineyards, well-known in the region, are used to produce the famous Moselle wines, equally offer hikers who walk there wonderful views over the valley.

The Reimecher Bësch forest too has beautiful scenery and trails for walking or cycling on.

Remich, being the smallest commune in Luxembourg with 3,500 inhabitants spread over 5.3km2, must be twice as clever in construction projects to meet demand. Many projects at housing estates and residences in Remich are under construction and available for sale to welcome new inhabitants. However, the prices of new builds haven’t stopped rising due to growing demand. According to the Observatoire de l’Habitat, in 2020 in Luxembourg, the average price per m2 for a sale in state of future completion was €9,040.
