New Opening Agence Immo Wolz

September 25, 2017

Jacques Lauer, director of Immo Wolz Sàrl à Wiltz, was happy to share his experience and the success of his real estate agency.

How many years has your Immo Wolz agency existed?

Immo Wolz has existed since 1990 and was created by my mother Viviane Lauer, who died in 2010. I decided without hesitation to take over the agency, with a faithful team motivated to continue the adventure.

How many workers are do you have at Immo Wolz? Are you forced to recruit regularly to meet the demand?

There are five of us here who have been with the agency for years, such as Claudia who just celebrated 25 years with the agency.

Why did you choose Wiltz for your business?

I think it is in everybody’s interest to have an agency and a real estate agent who does business in a place where he lives and where he grew up. Staying in Wiltz was an obvious choice.

Since the opening of the Northern motorway have you sensed a real development of the market in the region or are changes still quite discreet at the moment?

As far as Wiltz and its surroundings are concerned, the change is still quite discreet and land prices remain affordable compared to other regions around the Northern motorway. If we can talk about a change, it’s that there is a growing trend of older people looking for new apartments in order to have as much comfort as possible. Conversely, young couples are now looking for an already existing house with a small garden.

Your agency is moving at the end of October 2017: is there a particular reason?

We are, in fact, moving to our first promotional project, the RESIDENCE VIVIANE (the first name of my mother and the founder of Immo Wolz) which has the advantage of visibility as the building is located on the main road (55, Rue Grande-Duchesse Charlotte) in the direction of Wiltz Centre (at 200 metres distance). There are other advantages, such as the free parking places available for customers in front of the agency and the City Bus which stops 50 metres away. Obviously, the infrastructure and the equipment are new, guaranteeing better service to our customers.

New premises, a new logo: are you not frightened of losing your usual clientele?

As we are not moving very far and given the comfort of the new premises, I remain confident that our existing customers will remain loyal, and at the same time I aim to convince a new clientele to place their confidence in us.

In the same way, our logo needed a renewal. It is fresher and more modern. It contributes to the “renewal” of our agency.

Are you already thinking, in the long term, of opening a second agency?

We will focus first of all on the opening and development of our agency. Not to mention that we happily go to other regions of the country to help buy, sell or rent a real estate property. Customer service remains our primary goal, as always.
