Redange-sur-Attert is another town in the west that also has many advantages. Since it is in the Belgian border, it opens up opportunities for companies and cross-border workers. A new GDP (General Development Plan) anticipates developing a developable area of 20 hectares to accommodate new residents.

Real estate trend: The sale price of apartments and houses are generally lower (15%) than the rest of the country. However, there are significant differences between communes. Thus, establishing the European School in Mamer has created a great attraction for the region. The housing market is experiencing a strong growth which results in a sharp increase in prices.
