The studio is fully equipped and furnished with a kitchenette, a living room with LED TV, a two-seater sofa, and a sleeping area, with all bed linen provided.

The €250 membership fee covers all charges and services during your stay (water, heating, electricity, internet, etc.), as well as access to our technical service.

NO AGENCY FEES
Rental guarantee: 1 month's rent by non-debit bank card imprint.

Minimum stay of 3 months.

Required documents: ID, employment contract, last 3 pay slips.
