The furnished studio in short term rental is located in a building, without elevator, on the third floor, courtyard side facing East.

Monthly rent including charges:

Household :
Cleaning of the studio is included in the rental price.
This includes a change of towels and bed linen, as well as a complete cleaning of the studio once a week.

Bed linen, bathroom linen, crockery and kitchen utensils are provided.

The studio :
The studio is located on the third floor on the courtyard side. Very well insulated, it's quiet, so you can relax in peace and quiet. Two large double-glazed windows are decorated with curtains and drapes.

The furniture is arranged so as to preserve the space of the room.

With a surface area of +- 26 m2, you have: a double bed, two closets, an armchair, a television, 1 desk and chair. The floor is carpeted.

The kitchen is equipped with: microwave oven, fridge, sink, 2-burner hob and storage space, bar table with stool.

The separate and privateshower room is equipped with: a WC, a shower, a washbasin and a towel warmer, so you can enjoy warm towels when you get out of the shower. The walls are entirely covered in mosaic.

Direct dial telephone in the studio (free incoming calls, outgoing calls charged to tenant).

Located on rue de Strasbourg, you're close to the train station (250 m) and all its buses serving most of the business and shopping districts in and around Luxembourg City, and to the streetcar line currently serving Luxembourg-Kirchberg and Luxembourg-Bonnevoie.

There's a Cactus supermarket on the street (50 m), a baker (150 m), a fishmonger, a grocery store and various other food and convenience stores on the Place de Strasbourg below.
