Location

Located to the west of the Grand Duchy's capital, Bertrange enjoys a privileged location, very close to all the districts of Luxembourg City. Bertrange's new "Shared Space" traffic-calming center is just an 8-minute walk away. Here you'll find several restaurants, a number of stores, a bakery, a butcher's shop and a pharmacy, as well as the local administration and post office.

Bertrange is served by several bus routes linking the commune with Luxembourg City and other towns in the country. The service is provided by Luxembourg City buses as well as by regional lines, offering frequent service. The main bus line connecting Bertrange to Luxembourg City is line 8, which runs through the center of Luxembourg.

The Bertrange-Strassen railway station provides easy access to the capital. The train is a fast and convenient option for daily travel, with regular connections to Luxembourg City, Pétange and other towns. Line 50 (Luxembourg - Arlon) serves Bertrange, which also provides easy access to Belgium.

The "Millewee" bus stop is ca. 100 m from the development and is served by line 8 to Strassen and Limpertsberg.

The "Bus Bartreng" leaves every hour between 7.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. and runs between Bertrange station and points of interest such as Les Thermes, Belle Etoile, City Concorde and others.

Three "vel'OH" stations are available for renting bicycles for short trips, and the Bertrange municipality also provides electrically assisted bicycles (e-bikes).

The communes of Strassen and Bertrange offer a free Late-Night Bus service every Friday and Saturday from Kirchberg, linking the Kirchberg district, the Aldringen Center in town, the Hollerich district and Bertrange.
