Partnership with the Ministry of Housing extended by three years

January 8, 2015

Real estate is a market that is sensitive, reactive and sometimes even volatile, and its analysis requires fine-tuned and precise data. This is the reason why the Ministry of Housing has, for a number of years, used the internet portal IMMOTOP.LU for the collection of reliable statistics on sales and rentals in the territory of the Grand Duchy.

Renewed confidence

In 2011, the response from IMMOTOP.LU was the most reactive and the most convincing received following a call for tender from the Ministry of Housing. The latter wanted to carry out exchanges of data so that the Housing Observatory and the CEPS/Instead research centre could benefit from the large amount of data collected throughout the year on the portal. As the collaboration has proved successful over the past three years, the Ministry of Housing recently renewed the partnership for another three years, thereby rewarding the seriousness, reliability and quality of the data that the portal provides.

A clear, coherent and global vision of the market

With over 350 prestigious partners throughout the territory, IMMOTOP.LU provides real estate professionals with a promotional medium that has become indispensable. The comprehensive geographical coverage and the reliability of the ads provide a fine-tuned and accurate database. This database is operated by specialists at the Housing Observatory and allows monitoring of the evolution of the Luxembourg real estate market.

A sign of the seriousness of the IMMOTOP.LU portal, the renewal for three years of the partnership begun in 2011 with the Ministry of Housing is proof of confidence and a real recognition.
